Overall I am very happy with this mount. The installation instructions were very simple. Only standard household tools are required, except that a high-torque drill is required to drive in the draw bolts. The construction is very good and solid once assembled. The bar could have been a few inches wider to help with centering, but that's acceptable. I installed a 50 inch Panasonic plasma. No problems connecting to the set. The only issue I have is the factory tension on the attachment loops (preset at 180 pounds I believe). Handling the clamping nuts with the supplied wrenches is tiring. to me. Stretching both loops by the same amount is not an easy task. With the right tension, I was able to lower the kit, add cables, etc. and easily return to my desired viewing angle. Yes, it's a little more expensive than most mounts, but with most other mounts you can't access your TV once it's on the wall. A big plus for me is the ease of use. I have a question for you: Do you want to install your new $$$ TV? Are you going to install a cheap mount or spend an extra case for a solid mount?
