These are high quality seat belts. With the Xterra 2008, fitting the harness under the car was very easy. The wiring harness that runs behind the passenger footwell trim panel was also fairly easy to route, but when I couldn't find the empty socket mentioned in the instructions, I noticed a socket of the same size but with the connector already plugged in. I turned it off and everything seemed to work, but then I noticed the passenger window stopped working. I went back into the footwell, this time with headlights, and found the correct socket a few inches forward and all problems were solved. Therefore, you can connect to the wrong port. Just mentioning to help someone avoid the same silly mistake I made.
