Bought for a new puppy!
Bought this and the next size up for our new pup to come home and grow up. We needed something to get him home safely and for potty breaks along the way. Once he was home we found that he could easily get off the leash even when he was the right size for him. It also irritated his skin. It helped get our pup into his new home but I would not recommend this harness.
