I bought this cable to get rid of the dual plug VGA cable and adapter I previously had. I was happy to only have one cable instead of being afraid of hitting the old VGA adapter and losing the connection. Unfortunately, this cable was removed and the other reconnected after the first use. It was enough to download and configure the driver. However, my monitor kept blinking on the bottom half. This also happened after I disconnected, reconnected and reinstalled the driver. Vain. I couldn't handle the entire bottom half of the screen flickering, so I won't be using this product.
