It doesn't work with computer cable adapters

I've been watching videos on You Tube and everything I can't get it to work with my monitor so I'm guessing it's still not right!

You need a driver for this cable

I wish there were instructions that you need a driver for the cable and where to get the download. Download the monitor CD a lot of time not plug and play

It works! - Computer and accessories

Very happy with this adapter cable. I used it on a USB/HDMI KVM switch to support a second monitor. It works as soon as I installed the drivers and restarted my computer. I notice flickering every few minutes, but the display works fine at 1920x1080. I will recommend without hesitation.

This is great if you have a laptop with an HDMI and an additional VGA monitor

It works great I have an HP Pavilion 14-ab166us and it only has an HDMI but I have a large monitor and a small dual monitor monitor but with this cable I was able to use a USB 3.0 port and now have a great working monitor but you should know to look for drivers on cablecreation.com not cablecreations.com.

Computer cable adapter life changer

So I had two monitors, one connected via VGA and the other from a mini projector and VGA adapter. But my laptop's graphics card always rejected the one connected through the projector's port. I was struggling to be able to use my second monitor but had no luck until I stumbled across this cable. It was a simple setup. You just need to install the USB 3 driver according to the video provided. My second monitor works fine. Very happy with this product.

Works amazing, easy setup!

Works amazing! So easy to set up. However, my cable didn't come with a software download disc, but it was very easy to download from their website and the cable worked right out of the box! You just have to go into screen monitoring settings and set up dual screen and it works like a charm!

I connect the monitor but the bottom half of the screen flashes.

I bought this cable to get rid of the dual plug VGA cable and adapter I previously had. I was happy to only have one cable instead of being afraid of hitting the old VGA adapter and losing the connection. Unfortunately, this cable was removed and the other reconnected after the first use. It was enough to download and configure the driver. However, my monitor kept blinking on the bottom half. This also happened after I disconnected, reconnected and reinstalled the driver. Vain. I couldn't…
