Review on LED Road Flares Emergency Lights by Timothy Barnes

Purchased three out of five packages. Unfortunately, in the first box I opened, none of them worked out of the box. Opened them all with the tools provided (nice touch). cheap batteries inside. Threw them out the window at pesky neighborhood bikers and put in some new batteries. Three out of five in the first set worked, two more were defective. Hm. I can't give them away unless I'm sure they're ready to use. In short, I tested the remaining ten rockets (two sets of 5), only one did not catch fire from the box. (good batteries in 9 out of 10). Put new batteries in the one that doesn't light up - the total number of bad torches out of 15 torches is 3. I went to the manufacturer's website, started a Facebook chat and in about 90 seconds they sent me 3 new torches to the house. direct - no need to return defective devices. It's rare to get that kind of customer service these days, but this company seems to care about the product they put out. I finally had to share this POSITIVE experience. Thanks to the Hawken team! Finally, it looks like a super durable product. It looks like a small family business, so I understand that they might solve production problems. Great work and keep it up. 10/10 recommend!
