I started the product about a month after purchase, to my surprise the heart rate monitor didn't work at all, I couldn't return it to Amazon so I contact the company via email as if they didn't have any phone numbers. It's been over a week and they haven't even got back to me. I would not recommend this product to anyone. waste of money. After a few months they only agree to fix the problem if I pay all shipping costs, which means I send a stamped envelope with a check, or they can issue a refund. I declined as its not my fault they are selling a product that was defective from the start, I complained to the BBB and yet they refused to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.
