I like how easy it is for me as an employee - no more having my supervisor go through each invoice line-by.-line with her own pen! That would be ridiculous if you ask us employees about that one!! It does take some time getting used too because there are so many features but once they're figured out its very simple from then forward in your business life cycle (B2C or BtoE).

The best benefit we've seen yet has been our customer retention rate since this was implemented across all departments within workflows/processes throughout various vendors' invosings processes including Credit Card Processing Company Name & Address etc..
