Batteries slipping off charger

Good flashlight; does everything you really need and is small and handy. Batteries are listed as 3000mAh and probably are. I charge all 4 when typing from an AC wall charger and they charge for 1.5 hours and still charge. These are button batteries and I tried charging 2 of them with the charger that came with them; I noticed 1 battery turning "green" so I figured it was charged and went to remove it. He jumped out of the nest. The charger is green when empty but connected to the mains, it is an AC charger by the way. It could work better with a flat-top lithium-ion battery. Not happy with my purchase.
