This product worked surprisingly well at first, then less than 30 days after use my laptop lost connection with the WAVLINK dock when I got a beep saying something was disconnecting then immediately reconnecting . when typing on my laptop with very slight movements. Then about a week later, disconnecting and reconnecting continued over and over again without even touching or typing the laptop. This caused the 2 WAVLINK connected monitors to stop and even my laptop to freeze as the wired CAT5 internet would lose connection and then reconnect every 3-6 seconds from the dock causing the laptop to lose the wired ethernet connection switched to wireless and then back and back to a wired connection. It looks like the problem is with the WAVLINK cable connected to the laptop as I have tried to isolate all other cables and connectors on the WAVLINK. The cords have no tension, they are loose and relaxed, then I put a very small empty basket on the cord to hold the tension so the cord doesn't move and that didn't help either, so it's a bad one Wire or a bad port on WAVLINK. It was frustrating to work with but was great, it worked for a month before the problems started. I contacted the seller to see if there are any solutions or if I can purchase this cable but I never responded.
