Worst vacuum cleaner ever. It worked great at first, but then it suddenly stopped working. I bought a protection plan, but it won't activate for a year after purchase. I contacted eureka for a replacement and they told me to contact Asurion about my protection plan. Basically everyone got me going and now I just have to buy a whole different vacuum because I can't wait until a year has passed to use my protection plan which I PAID for and it's clear that this vacuum cleaner does absolutely nothing for my floors. . Save your time and headache, don't buy this and NEVER EVER buy a protection plan through Asurion.
