I hate writing this review because this company makes good stuff for pets but I had to return my collar as soon as I received it because it is very stiff especially where the nylon is sewn to itself is. It's weird because nylon is soft to the touch, but it's thick and ribbed, and where it goes into the clamps and flexes to tighten or loosen, it can't flex in those places. Where it's sewn to itself and not in any bracket, it's like trying to bend a wooden ruler in half. The plastic buckle is a giant bulge on the outside of the collar (so it doesn't touch the dog), but who needs it on a collar anyway? I want the collar to be flat and smooth and I want it to be flexible but soft and strong. I ordered a small one and all or most of the flowers were on it with no trimming. This is a beautiful design and the colors were rich and flawless. If it was flexible, and especially if the plastic was white (on a white ladybug, not a black one), I would buy it again. I wrote to the company asking about it and they said they didn't know what Revain was selling and that they made softer collars. So if I want the same collar with new nylon I have to go through that. them directly. I received the collar quickly, the return was processed quickly and Lucky Love responded kindly and quickly.
