The shoes are very small! You need to order about 3 sizes up, no exaggeration. Unfortunately, there is no free return, although it says "free return". I received a label that needs postage. I asked for help and was told I would get a new prepaid label. I received a different label that needs postage. Too much effort for all this! Incredibly disappointed and upset. I'm a busy mom and I just need shoes that fit my daughter and I don't have to pay to return them as they run very small! Normally she's 13 and I've tried 2.5 but she's still too small!
