This set of three silicone tool trays are very thick and very well built. I'm not sure how long they will last if you abuse them because they can snap when you ride them, but I imagine they can take quite a bit of abuse otherwise since they are so thick. Silicone is inherently flexible, so you can't put tons of heavy tools in these trays and expect them to stay flat. But they seem to work quite well when it comes to holding small tools and protecting them from scratchy surfaces. Two smaller trays fit inside the larger one, minimizing storage space. I think it would be useful to somehow incorporate magnets into the bottom of these pans to hold hardware and small tools like screwdriver heads and tips. Overall I will be very glad I have them! :-)
