Review on Beschannels SCRM by Donald Phillips

The best thing about BESCHANNELS is that it has an easy to use interface which makes it very user friendly. It also provides you with many features which are not available in other CRM softwares. I don't like the fact that there is no option of calling people from one list to another. This should be made possible. Also, there's no way for me to see all my contacts at once. So, if i'm looking for someone who works in a particular department, I have to go through each contact individually. It would be better if we could see all our contacts in one place. This will help us save time. We're able to keep track of all our clients and prospects.
