Easy-to Use Contact Management Software

The best thing about BESCHANNELS is that it has an easy to use interface which makes it very user friendly. It also provides you with many features which are not available in other CRM softwares. I don't like the fact that there is no option of calling people from one list to another. This should be made possible. Also, there's no way for me to see all my contacts at once. So, if i'm looking for someone who works in a particular department, I have to go through each contact individually. It…

Great service and great support !: Beschannels SCRM

The tool is very useful for all my needs in business development process - from prospecting till close of deal! It's always there when I need it; gives me access even at odd hours via mobile or desktop application (as well as email notifications). There are some things that could be improved but this product has been extremely helpful so far, including tracking progress over time by different stages/stages milestones etc., which was previously not possible without creating multiple spreadsheets
