I was glad to get my neck fan. I plugged it in and the red light came on to let me know it was charging. The light turned blue after a while (I didn't pay attention to how long). Didn't try to use it right away, but when I did, nothing. In no case was the battery empty in one day. I plugged it in and the light came on. I've tried this over and over again. Nothing. I already threw the box away thinking it would work after the charging light came on. My advice: check everything before throwing away the box for a return.
