A few years ago I turned to the joys of Silpat and couldn't live without them. But they wore out as they needed a new pair so I went to the Revain in search of a reasonably priced Silpat. So I saw Fat Daddio and I could get two for the price of one Silpat and I thought what the heck even though I've always been very loyal to the Silpat brand. So they arrive, fast, well packaged and I've been using them for a month. Honestly, I think she's better than Silpat. Of course, the smoothness is the same or better and despite almost daily use they still look like new. And I think they are a bit thicker which makes me think they will last longer. These are just superb rugs and I'm so happy I decided to take a chance!
