I love my cooking mat. I bake cookies and my cookies slide off the mat easily. It is easily cleaned without rubbing, and the remnants of burnt crumbs are immediately removed. I highly recommend this product, especially for baking.

It is listed as 8.5 x 11 inches but it is closer to 8 x 11.625 inches. I needed 8.5" x 11" and it was the only one I could find to fit my unusually large toaster pan. And then it shows the wrong size. This is very frustrating. The rest seems ok.

Bought one to replace a recently damaged one I already had. Very pleased with the quality of the product itself as I work with it with hot sugar and lay out a baking sheet for laminated pastries with no problem. - 1 star for the service because I had to order this product twice to get the right size as the first order didn't match the invoice.

I wanted something similar for my wife and I, but I've only found others made in China (get one) and France (Oui, Oui). I was very happy to find this good old USA mat :) This is the first time we have used a non-stick baking mat like this and we both love it! Everything slips off, the mat leaves no marks and does not change the taste. We've baked cookies, bread, meringues, and more, and it all turned out great. I will be buying more and have already recommended to family and friends.

Roll out the dough, that's it! This rug does what it says on the tin and looks pretty durable. I can bake biscuits and biscuits on it without oiling the baking pan. I can knead both bread and biscuit dough on it and roll out dough for pies. In fact, cake batter is great for rolling and transferring. I no longer need wax paper.
