Roll out the dough, that's it! This rug does what it says on the tin and looks pretty durable. I can bake biscuits and biscuits on it without oiling the baking pan. I can knead both bread and biscuit dough on it and roll out dough for pies. In fact, cake batter is great for rolling and transferring. I no longer need wax paper. I recommend getting 2 if you bake a lot: one for 2 baking sheets, or two to roll out the dough in between. The only thing I would like is for the rug to have a little more length and width. It's too small for my casserole dish. But hey, otherwise it's great.
