Stopped working 4 months after receipt Will not generate enough power to run and replace my powerful gaming laptop. No response from manufacturer/dealer. So I have a brick that wasn't cheap with no ability to claim warranty service. Stay away. So I found her phone number. The phone number only yielded an email address. Email support and after multiple returns and return information. As soon as I sent the product back they had run out. Now they have my bad charger and they don't answer. Complete scam. Don't get involved in this business. Revane simply becomes a desired junior.
