I just finished my second tube. It keeps your teeth clean and improves my sensitivity better than store bought toothpaste. It may take a while to get used to as it doesn't foam and has a very salty taste. I don't mind, but remember it doesn't look like noodles that are brought to the store. It lasts a long time since you only use a little each time. It's a brownish-beige color on the brush and on spit, but I really liked it.
