Not Water Proof - my new review
The jacket is water resistant not water proof. It is cheap and not the rain coat material I expected it to be. I thought it would be like a Paddington bear glossy type but it isn’t. Also it was smelly when it came, and was packaged in a thin, clear, plastic bag.
- Cute casual raincoat. It’s just what I was looking for. But the hood is huge!
- Runs VERY small! Would have loved it if it had fit.
