Not even the worst quality I've ever seen, it's a disappointment.

I bought a station with a subscription for 3 years to my daughter for the new year. For half a month I can’t connect it, the bluetooth does not see it, the subscription is active, the station does not connect from the word at all. Can you tell me what to do. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. I've reconnected everything according to the instructions several times, nothing works.
