Motorized Ball Valve

We use this as a 2 inch water shut off for the water supply to our house. It is much quicker than trying to run all the way outside to get to the ball valve under the crawl space. The valve operates off of 24 volts DC. It will open and close by changing the polarity of the DC voltage. Develop does operate a little slowly but so far it is excellent. Develop does not require any power to stay in position either open or closed.

The indicator light does not provide detailed information about the valve's status, and additional monitoring equipment may be necessary to ensure proper function
