These spoons and cups blow my mind. My first impression was that they were too wide and I wasn't sure I would use them regularly. After using them, I was impressed that they are much easier to use than my traditional straight-sided measuring cups. The slanted sides make it easier to pour the flour into the kitchen mixer. Flour is usually everywhere at this step! And they worked great for sprinkling cinnamon-sugar mixture on cinnamon bun dough. the slope of the side made this much easier. They will replace my 20 year old cups and spoons! They are much flatter and wider, but fit in all my containers today. They're too big for spice jars, but that's the only limitation I've found. Since you can get skinny spoons anywhere I wouldn't want them to change. Various are great for what I used them for.
