Review on Sony DVPS530D DVP S530D DVD Player by Boss Spangler

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a DVD from Sony. They call for trouble and escalation. First there were horror stories from the owners of the S560D. I bet every one of them will fail at some point. Now Sony is releasing another piece of crap, the S530D. Has this company changed hands or what? If I spend a few hundred dollars on an item, I expect it to last over 1.5 years! Also, I got absolutely nothing from Sony's technical support and customer service. They tried to tell me that I had soiled the lens with dirty/dusty DVDs. Funny, I've never heard of this issue with other MFR hardware. Well I have a whole shelf full of Sony electronics and I swear I will NEVER replace them with a Sony product. Don't buy a Sony or you will be writing a bad Sony review like me VERY soon!
