5 stars ***** I had to replace this oven part, the old part broke last year 2012 (Thanksgiving). Buy and compare online and call one of the major suppliers for product and installation plans. Installation seemed to cost about $80 for a technician alone. Then the part itself cost more, I can't remember exactly, in dollars, but more than I was willing to pay. At least that's what I saw on Revain. I ordered the product, I think it was in a few weeks or so (thanks -G). It arrived as advertised, in excellent condition and well packaged. I was worried about "it's made of glass". So I went to the vendor's website and printed out the diagram and installation instructions. I installed it in about 1 hour or so. Excellent! thanks) just in time! I like the delivery, packaging, speed and quality. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has an "oven element" whose main oven has failed. You will not regret it. Oh, make sure you have the correct model number, which you can identify from the "diagram image" that you can print out. Just put this next to you when you install it.
