Great lead generation tool and excellent customer service
It's easy to use, it works great for my business needs. I have been able to get leads from all over the country that are interested in what we do. The support team has always responded quickly when problems arise with our system or questions about new features. There isn't anything really that I dislike but there also nothing specific that I like either. Give it try! We were struggling getting quality phone numbers until we found calldrip. Now we can dial them right into the CRM which makes everything so much easier.
Pros
- Also having an option where callers hear your recorded message before they're put through directly gives me confidence knowing someone will be talking instead just being hung up upon by some uninterested person who doesn’t want their issue addressed properly
