I love the cleanliness I feel after changing and brushing my teeth. Be careful to only spit in the trash can. I also recommend that you dry your teeth and tongue. I discovered this the hard way with a clogged sink. I would always spit in the trash can, but leaving oil in your mouth when you scrub the sink and spit it out clogs the sink. I definitely like the pouches over the bottle. If the oil temperature is below 76°, it gets hard. So you have to put the bottle under hot water to get some. I don't think it's bleach. I use this product every day (1 bottle and 140+ packs) and my teeth should blind you when I smile, but they don't. My dentist even said it doesn't whiten but is great for oral hygiene.
