Totally impressed with this scanner. It features a real-time mode (which instantly inputs a scanned barcode) and an inventory mode (which allows you to store thousands of numbers and then upload them when they're ready). We love the fact that it's wireless. We were so impressed with the functionality and the price that we bought a second scanner. However, we have learned that you must label the receiver for each scanner. We didn't do this when we got the second scanner and couldn't figure out why the first scanner didn't work with the second receiver. We contacted support via email and they responded immediately knowing exactly what our problems were. (You can find the email address on the back of the printed manual.) Once we've matched the receiver to the correct scanner, we're back in business. To our surprise they even asked if everything was working again. Update: I had to scan EAN 13+5 for our comic shop. I didn't see the code in the brochure, so I contacted the support service over the New Year's weekend. On New Year's Day they gave me back the code I needed and it worked great! This scanner scans EAN 13+5, which many more expensive brands cannot. Many Thanks.
