Pro: When it works, it's a great head to fine-tune your shot. The fine adjustment option makes this head an excellent tripod. High quality material. Everything looks solid. Cons: I bought two of these heads and both failed on the same component. The set screw holding the eccentric arm will loosen and if you are not careful the spring will relax and you will not be able to reset it. I had to send it back to Manfrotto for warranty repair. Twice I had a screw loose while filming. Now I carry an Allen key with me and tighten the screw before every photo shoot. Update February 20, 2020: Manfrotto states that there is NO WARRANTY on the products it sells: Ornem, a gray market retailer. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER. When you buy this product. DO NOT BUY FROM ORNEM.
