The ability to track all contacts from one view is great for managing my business. I like how easy it is to create a new contact. It allows me to create emails with different templates easily. The service has been great so far! Not much to dislike about this program. It's simple to use and understand and I have not ran into any problems yet. Would highly recommend this product to other businesses who are looking for a simple way to keep track of their contacts. This software has helped us with keeping track of our leads and contacting them quickly. We can now see all the information in one place rather than having to sort through multiple phone books. I like how it is very customizable and easy to use. It has helped us with our call tracking and reporting. The customer service is great as well. There are some features that we have not been able to implement yet. We will be working with their support team to get those implemented soon. They do offer a free trial so you can try it out before purchasing. Call tracking, reporting, and management of your leads.
