Received the first pack which may be old or exchangeable but some of the mascaras were dry. I contacted the seller to ask if this is normal, willing to write a bad review. The seller immediately sent another package without asking any questions. I just received a replacement product and it works much better. I have dark lashes, so I use a white mascara base first, let it dry and apply trendy colors. It works great with good opacity and visible colors. I later easily removed it with micellar water for waterproof makeup.
