It's easy to use for all users in our organization including non-technical people who can easily understand how it works using its simple interface. I like that you don't have to download anything or sign up with an outside service provider because everything is built into this software package (no extra cost). The only thing I wish was different would be if there were some way of having multiple price lists under one account so we could track prices from multiple sources but still report them as separate items within PXS/PMS system without creating duplicates. We're solving problems relating to tracking pricing across several vendors by allowing us to see what each vendor charges other customers before setting new quotes internally.
