Their support is top notch! I have been working closely with them since before launch, and nothing but positive feedback from all those around me that used it. The interface was intuitive - very simple to navigate through. As a developer myself, one thing I love about this system is how easy it is to create new pages using their drag-and-drop editor (it's not as bad as you'd expect!). There are some minor bugs here and there; however, these issues aren't major enough to prevent others from trying out InNow. They're constantly adding features, so keep an eye out for future updates! Our client base loves being in control of their website without having to worry about any techy aspects. This allows us to concentrate more time on growing our brand rather than keeping up with every little aspect of site maintenance. I think it's very helpful that this platform is so easy to use (also accessible from any device). There are some features which could be more in depth like support scheduling/task booking or maybe even an app. Easy access anywhere at anytime with great tools! This helps us keep track of employee time and also allows them to easily submit requests and receive feedback throughout the day.
