Pros: - Long battery life, fast charging - Economical - Seems to track steps fairly accurately most of the time - Breathing exercises are good for anxiety - Comfortable strap Cons: - Heart rate monitor is VERY inconsistent, especially during exercise - notifications suck (disappear quickly, some characters don't display properly, touch to scroll sometimes asks if you want to clear everything) - stress monitor is just a gimmick and doesn't seem to reflect actual stress - distances are not accurate without GPS - range sometimes drops if you wear long sleeves or hit something - the app is significantly better than before but still not as good compared to others - no gyroscope so screen doesn't turn on , when you lift your wrist to touch it marry This is particularly odd as I had an older Mi Band which seemed to track heart rate much more accurately. However, as the review title suggests, you get what you pay for and expect inaccuracies with cheap trackers. I haven't tested other sensors in this price range, but I'm sure that the accuracy of the heart rate sensor is quite comparable to other similarly priced sensors. Next time I'll probably just save the money to buy an Apple Watch or something with an electrical heart rate sensor instead of an optical one like this.
