For a simple product, this adapter is well designed. I used it on my LG monitor and it installed in under 5 minutes. The concave part accommodates the screws. It seems like a simple idea and many designs will probably work, but I give it top marks for design, simplicity and solidity. I believe the pictures here in the listing were helpful with installation - if you need instructions at all. I received four screws to install the adapter. You will need four more screws to attach it to what you need this adapter for. So if there are no screws in the kit, you will need four more.
