Review on Zappix Visual IVR by Nick Andep

We have been using the Zappix for many years now and we love it! It has been very easy to implement and get up and running. They are always available to help if you need them. There is nothing I can think of that I dislike about this product at all. As long as your looking to use an outbound dialer or IVR system then Zappix should be at the top of your list. This software is perfect for our needs because it helps us reach more leads than our previous software was able to do. We used to spend hours on end trying to find the correct number to call but the Zappix does this for us and makes it so much easier.
