First you have to buy a high tone, otherwise it sounds stupid. This is part number 72102. This pair was used on the last 4 cars. The low tone has a habit of failing when it gets wet. This has happened to me twice. For some reason the treble works well when it gets wet. Make sure you tune the tone low where it won't get wet. Relay not included. You can install a relay, especially if your car is wired to a single horn. Horns draw 4.5 amps at 12 volts. This is usually within factory limits and most fuse boxes have a 10 amp or greater relay built into the horn circuitry. The kit includes 3 connectors, a mounting bracket and nut, and a jumper wire (required if your vehicle is wired to a single horn wire). And they are very loud. The packaging says 130 dB at 4 inches. I don't have a dB meter but I can assure you the horns will do the job. A few have a nice tone and will save your car from those little factory beep beep horns. Update: 04/09/2017. Bought a few more for my new car. Those are big horns. I support my previous review.
