The phones themselves offer good sound quality. They're feature-packed, more than anyone needs, and were pretty easy to set up. BUT they don't have a headphone jack or belt clip. I'm not sure how I missed this during my research. I use my phone while trying to multitask around the house. The lack of a belt clip means you can't clip it to your shirt, and the lack of a headphone jack means you can't plug in standard headphones and just slip your phone in your pocket. The base unit has Bluetooth functionality, but this forces you to be very close to the base unit. It would be a great phone with those two options enabled.
