Even a small is too big, and they fit awkwardly

I have smallish hands and forearms for a guy, and even the small is very small. I'm probably at the limit of what these will fit at a size small. The angle of the straps coupled with how loosely they fit make the comfort less than ideal. The leather grip portion of the strap is also too long. It is difficult to get a solid wrap on the bar without folding or spending extra time trying to manipulate the grip.
