Please read! I don't often write reviews, but I felt that a few things needed clarification. First: Use an old rubber grommet from your existing flashlight. The new one doesn't come along. Second: THERE ARE RIGHT AND LEFT LIGHT. If you can't easily use the flashlight because the tab is "stuck," switch to a different light source. It took me about 15 minutes to figure this out and other reviews are downgraded for that. Also, I just installed it so I don't have a durability rating.
