Review on Hopkins 47965 2 Pole Flat Extension by Chad Gue

Nice packaging with limited information. Manufacturing in Mexico for a company in Kansas. I laughed heartily at the "instructions for use of the wire" but that got me to the 12" extension. It "should be connected to 16 or 18 gauge wire." The package doesn't have any wire gauge or material.Didn't want to cut the wires but based on the weight(weight) and stiffness I'm guessing it's 16 gauge copper wire (possibly single strand) Pretty sure it will carry a heavy DC load and the spade connectors are firmly connected and seem solid. I'd advise the folks in Kansas to add a little more information about the Tinny-Tiny to the packaging (Copper #16) or maybe it was a test for die-hard electronics fans to weigh it up. I recommend this product.
