The thing is great, I've used it to dry my good and very good wine glasses, it's strong and won't tip over if it only has one glass, it holds very tall glasses with no problem . The only glasses I have trouble with are my dartington glasses which have a thick stem and the stem doesn't slip into a small grip but so far everything else with a regular stem is fine. The glasses dry quickly, I put the dryer on a clean kitchen towel and the glasses dry immediately with no streaks or stains. I've noticed in the past that leaving jars upside down on the kitchen towel causes condensation to form on the jars and takes forever to dry out to combat this. I tried balancing them at the end of the plate to allow for air movement, but that made them unstable. The dryer disassembles and the top pushes against the bottom, making it relatively easy to store away.
