The first time I touched that thing it broke

carefully try to unscrew it. . Very disappointing. And now I don't want to unroll the thread because I don't have a strong container to keep it fresh for a year or two, that's enough for me. This thing is only $15 so I don't even have to send it back. I really want to enjoy this product but if they don't send me a replacement I'll either have to super glue the pen or put the filament in a special container. Aggravating.
