The photos on the website look good and I was expecting a comfortable Serta brand chair. After assembly, the office chair looks beautiful, but that is perhaps the only plus of this chair. I'm very fond of collecting, my family bought countless things that I collected straight away, every once in a while you get something that needs a little modification and I don't mind that. . However, this chair was horrible to assemble. The backrest and the base of the chair are held together with screws that go into the palm rests, nothing else connects them, in my case there was a problem with one of the holes made for the screw, halfway through the way the screw went just don't go further, a big problem considering how the chair is supposed to be assembled. There are cheap plastic caps that also come with the chair, they are for holes for screws, they are not painted like the armrest they come in and none of them match or create a flush look. . Once assembled, the chair was not very comfortable. The casters/wheels on this chair are also difficult to move. It's like a downgrade compared to my old executive chair. I will give him a week and if I have any other problems he will come back.
