The screws did not match the screw holes.
I got to the final step of the installation, which used four screws to screw the chair to the seat. The screw holes on the seat did not line up with the screw holes on the seat and they could not be fastened together. I took a ruler and found that the screw holes on the front of the seat are 6cm apart and the screw holes on the back are 7cm apart. The holes closest to the backrest were 7cm apart and you guessed it, the holes in the back of the backrest were 6cm apart. Someone drilled the holes in the seat incorrectly. What a headache! Waiting for the UPS to arrive and collect this POS for shipment back to Revain.
