Decent. More for look/feel than protection.
It looks and feels nice. The stiching gives it a cushy luxury feel. The leather is decent and smells good after a few days of offgasing from being packaged in plastic.My one gripe is thst there isn't any protection on the top edge. I understand why theres none on the bottom, cause theres a speaker and power and headphone jacks they didnt want to cover, but theres nothing on the top, so top could have edge protection.
