This product has the exact same chip controller hardware as USB-HDMI dongles, appears as MACROSILICON in the kernel, for Pi-KVM-USB -HDMI image. Just plug USB-A into the bottom left USB2 port of the Pi-KVM and you should see a video in the webui. Place this between your system that you wish to remotely control using a Pi KVM with Scale VPN installed and you will always have remote access to your system as long as the laptop/remote PC you are using is also registered with the Scale VPN . I've included a quick and rough diagram of how this loop device should be connected to the Pi-KVM. Another use case for such a setup would be a physical console with remote access via pi-kvm. A cheaper $21 version of the same loop capture device https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08H23G7BL.
